We provide wall graphics to the highest quality and aim to exceed your expectations. In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered damaged, faulty or incorrect then we will replace the goods ordered. We may require you to provide a photo showing the fault in the goods and/or packaging.
We may require you to return the faulty/incorrect goods. You are responsible to repack the goods as securely as possible, ideally in the original packaging. We will send replacement goods promptly and cover all shipping costs.
We do no provide replacements in the following circumstances:
The goods do not exactly match the colour of your monitor.
The images are pixellated (images have a visible blocky appearance)
You damaged the goods while installing them.
The graphic does not remove cleanly off the wall. Some degree of reinstatement may be required depending on the quality of the preparation.
You’ve changed your mind on your image selection.
We do not provide refunds.
